This Shipping Policy governs all physical product orders placed on waivybaby.com and physical shipments associated with membership benefits through waivybabywellnessclub.com, including milestone boxes, surprise drops, limited-edition releases, and any other physical goods shipped by or on behalf of Waivy Baby LLC.

You'll receive an automatic order confirmation email immediately. Review it carefully — this is your record of what was ordered.

Orders are reviewed, verified, and packed at our fulfillment location within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and any Waivy Baby-observed closures.

Your order is picked up by our shipping carrier. Once handed off, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email on your order.

In Transit → Delivered
Your box is on its way. Standard delivery takes 3 business days from ship date. Expedited and overnight options deliver faster — see Section 2 for details.
3 Business Days Standard
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. The 1–2 business day clock starts on the next business day following your order date.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume periods — including holiday seasons, surprise drop releases, and new collection launches — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify you proactively when extended processing applies.
  • Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address information at checkout. Waivy Baby is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee modifications to item selection, shipping address, or shipping method. Contact support@waivybaby.com immediately if you need to make a change — we'll do our best but cannot promise it.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before they have been handed to a carrier. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us immediately at support@waivybaby.com if you wish to cancel.
  • Payment Verification: Orders requiring payment verification may experience delays. We'll contact you by email if we need to verify your payment details.
  • Inventory: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value, offer a partial shipment, or offer a refund for the unavailable item.

  • Flat Rate Applies Per Order: The $10 standard shipping rate applies per order, not per item. Multiple items in a single order ship for one flat rate.
  • Expedited & Overnight Availability: Expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for all products, addresses, or during peak periods. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: Free shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met. Promotional shipping may be revoked on returned or refunded orders.
  • Shipping Rates Subject to Change: Shipping rates may be updated from time to time. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate you will be charged. Published rates on this page are current as of the Last Updated date.
  • Taxes on Shipping: Shipping charges may be subject to applicable state and local taxes, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items that ship separately due to availability or fulfillment logistics, you will not be charged additional shipping for the split shipment unless separately disclosed.

Delivery Timeframes
⏰ Estimated Delivery = Processing + Transit

Your total estimated delivery window is your processing time (1–2 business days) plus your shipping transit time. For standard shipping, plan for 4–5 business days total from order date to delivery under normal conditions.

  • Standard (3-Day): 4–5 business days total from order date under normal conditions (1–2 days processing + 3 days transit).
  • Expedited (2-Day): 3–4 business days total from order date (1–2 days processing + 2 days transit).
  • Overnight: 2–3 business days total from order date (1–2 days processing + 1 day transit). Orders must be placed before our daily carrier pickup cutoff to ship same day.
  • All delivery estimates are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) and are estimates only — not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods may extend delivery windows.
  • Carrier Pickup Cutoff: Orders processed and ready for pickup before our daily carrier cutoff time will ship that day. Orders ready after the cutoff ship the following business day.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas within the continental U.S. may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates.

  • Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Waivy Baby is not liable for delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
  • Address Correction Fees: If a carrier charges an address correction fee due to an error in the address you provided, that fee may be passed on to you.
  • Returned Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Re-shipment will require an additional shipping fee. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any carrier return fees.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Territories: We are not currently able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We are working to expand our shipping coverage — check back for updates.
  • International: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders placed from outside the U.S. with a U.S. shipping address may be subject to additional review.
  • Freight Forwarders: Waivy Baby does not ship to freight forwarders or package consolidators. Orders shipped to known freight forwarder addresses may be cancelled.

Order Tracking
  • Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order is handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking Activation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and reflect movement on the carrier's website. This is normal — the carrier may not scan the package immediately upon pickup.
  • Tracking Portal: You can also track your order directly through your Waivy Baby account at waivybaby.com or through the member portal at waivybabywellnessclub.com.
  • Tracking Not Updating: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 3 business days after your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@waivybaby.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Most carriers provide delivery confirmation when a package is marked as delivered. If you receive a "delivered" status but have not received your package, see Section 7 (Lost & Damaged Packages).
  • Email Accuracy: Tracking information is sent to the email address on file for your order. Make sure your email address is current in your account settings.

Delays & Service Disruptions
⚠️ Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Waivy Baby is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our full force majeure and liability provisions below.

  • Severe Weather: Winter storms, hurricanes, flooding, and other weather events may delay carrier pickup and transit in affected regions.
  • High Order Volume: During peak periods — holiday seasons, major product launches, surprise drops, and promotional events — processing and transit times may be extended. We will communicate extended timelines proactively.
  • Carrier Service Disruptions: Strikes, carrier operational issues, and routing disruptions may affect delivery timelines. These events are outside Waivy Baby's control.
  • Incorrect Address Information: Missing apartment numbers, misspelled street names, or incorrect ZIP codes can cause carrier delays or returned packages.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier attempts delivery and cannot complete it, they may leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After a set number of attempts, packages may be held at a local facility or returned. Check your carrier tracking for instructions.
  • Payment Issues: Orders held for payment verification will not enter processing until payment is confirmed, which may extend your total delivery window.

Waivy Baby shall not be liable for any shipping delays, non-delivery, or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events, or other force majeure events;
  • Carrier strikes, labor disputes, or operational disruptions;
  • Government actions, regulations, embargoes, or customs holds;
  • National or regional emergencies, pandemics, or public health events;
  • Errors, omissions, or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer; or
  • Failures or delays of third-party carriers, fulfillment partners, or logistics providers.

In such cases, Waivy Baby will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate updates and facilitate resolution, but does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from shipping delays.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
  • Check First: Before contacting us, check all exterior doors, porches, mailrooms, and any secure package locations at your property. Ask neighbors and building staff.
  • Allow 24 Hours: Occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before actual delivery. Wait 24 hours from the delivery scan before escalating.
  • Contact the Carrier: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a delivery investigation. Carrier investigations typically take 2–5 business days.
  • Contact Waivy Baby: If the carrier investigation does not resolve the issue, email support@waivybaby.com with your order number, tracking number, and the carrier case number. We will work with you to find a resolution.
  • Reporting Deadline: Lost or missing package claims must be reported to Waivy Baby within 14 days of the carrier's delivery scan. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Package Theft: If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, file a police report and provide us with the report number. We will do our best to assist but Waivy Baby is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • Photograph Everything: Before discarding any packaging, take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and any damaged items. These are required to process a damage claim.
  • Reporting Deadline: Damaged or incorrect item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact support@waivybaby.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • Carrier Damage: If the outer packaging shows clear signs of carrier damage (crushed, punctured, wet), note this at delivery if possible and photograph the condition of the box before opening.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the damage and product availability, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a partial refund. Resolution is at Waivy Baby's discretion and is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Product Defects: For product defects unrelated to shipping, please refer to the specific manufacturer's warranty. Waivy Baby is a curator and distributor — product defect claims should also be directed to the original manufacturer.
  • Do Not Return Without Authorization: Do not return any damaged or incorrect items without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waivy Baby's liability for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments is limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual value of the lost or damaged items as reflected in your order; or (b) a replacement shipment of the same or equivalent items, at Waivy Baby's sole discretion. Waivy Baby shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from lost or damaged shipments. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of loss or damage, including carrier negligence.

Membership & Wellness Club Shipping

Physical shipments associated with your Waivy Baby Wellness Club membership — including milestone boxes unlocked by your tier, surprise drops, and limited-edition releases — are governed by this Shipping Policy in addition to any specific shipping terms stated in your membership plan description.

  • Shipping Address on File: Membership boxes ship to the address on file in your Wellness Club account. It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address current. Address changes must be made before your billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment cycle.
  • Shipping Included vs. Additional: Whether shipping is included in your membership fee or charged separately will be stated in your plan description at checkout. Check your plan details for your specific shipping terms.
  • Box Release Timing: Milestone boxes, surprise drops, and limited-edition releases ship according to the schedule published for each release. Release timing is not guaranteed and is subject to inventory availability, supplier timelines, and fulfillment capacity.
  • Surprise Drops: Surprise drops and limited-edition releases ship while supplies last. Eligible members will be notified by email when drops are available. Shipping for drops is subject to any additional terms stated at the time of the drop.
  • Membership Cancellation & Pending Shipments: If you cancel your membership after a box has already been prepared or shipped, the shipment will not be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period per our Terms & Conditions.
  • Payment Failures & Shipping: If your membership payment fails, your pending shipments may be held until payment is resolved. Waivy Baby is not liable for delayed shipments resulting from payment failures on your account.
  • Substitutions: Box contents may vary due to supply constraints. Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur. Substitutions do not constitute a failure to ship or a basis for refund unless required by law.

Risk of Loss & Title

All physical items purchased from or shipped by Waivy Baby are sold pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title to purchased items pass to you upon Waivy Baby's delivery of the items to the carrier at our fulfillment location.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier and tracking information generated, Waivy Baby's legal responsibility for the physical condition and location of your order transfers to the carrier. Waivy Baby's obligations at that point are limited to assisting with carrier claims as described in Section 7.

By placing an order with Waivy Baby, you acknowledge and agree to this risk of loss allocation. If you wish to purchase additional shipping insurance for high-value orders, please contact support@waivybaby.com before placing your order.
